What roles do drugs, alcohol, money and physical protection play in the societal sexual dynamic among the homeless. Do the very necessities of life (food and a warm place to sleep) factor in? What about status within the group and material assets?

BUMDATES explores a side of life that most of us have never thought about in a group of people living on the fringes of society and of survival. BUMDATES dares to examine the hidden reality hitherto concealed among the homeless in today's society. A unique point of view, from the streets themselves, has been uncovered in this documentary on the social habits of homeless.

BUMDATES does not ignore, shy away from or bury difficult topics, but comes at them head-on, exposing dangers on the streets: substance abuse, violence and sexual violence, deadly diseases and even outside predators.
